Architectural Technologist
Marlow
Up to £40k
Our client is a well-established architectural practice in Marlow, specialising in high end residential projects as well as some commercial and community projects.
As demand for their highly respected work, increases they are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source an experience Architectural Technologist to support their friendly professional team.
This is a permanent employed, office-based role and will be based at their offices in Marlow, working Monday to Friday 9-5.30
The Job:
Roles and responsibilities
-Managing projects through all RIBA work stages
-Building and maintaining excellent client, third party and colleague relationships
-Preparing planning application, Building Regulations and Technical drawings
Ideal Candidates will be:
- CIAT /RIBA qualified or working towards chartered status
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Good AutoCAD users (Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop would be advantageous)
- Experience of working on UK residential projects in a UK architectural practice
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Confident working with clients, Local Authorities, Contractors and Third Parties.
