Experienced Part 1/Part 2 Architectural Designer or Technician

Co Create Architects are recruiting an industry-experienced Part 1 Architectural Designer, Part 2 Architectural Designer or Architectural Technician to influence and grow our practice. We are a socially-dynamic architectural practice who have grown and been recognised by industry awards over the past 5 years. Our success is based upon the people and culture within our team and the vision and practical service delivery we provide for our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners in the construction industry to join our team. The right candidate will be confident in applying their current knowledge and growing experience across all RIBA work stages, where they will support our team to provide design and production services to our projects across the Southwest region.

*A minimum of 2 years post-qualification professional experience

*Must have the right to work in the UK / valid work visa

*A strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit software

*Full UK driving licence
