Job Description

Bastion Architecture is an established and well respected practice providing a friendly, honest and creative design service specialising in residential projects between £250k – £1.5m.

We are expanding our geographical range in the UK and are therefore seeking a chartered Architect, Architectural technician or an Architectural Designer with suitable experience to head up our Devizes studio.

Candidates should be able to deliver creative solutions, have a good understanding of residential planning legislation, be well organised, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • overseeing all projects from concept to completion
  • manage workload
  • manage the day to day business admin
  • provide beautiful and functional design solutions, planning advice, technical drawings and site assistance
  • provide excellent customer service

 

The successful applicant will operate the studio independently with support from Head office. The remuneration is therefore dependent upon the success of the franchisee. Forecasted earnings are between £40-100K PA.
