Job Description

Location: St Albans (Remote working)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Contract Type: Initial 6-month contract
Hours: Full Time
We are a small sized architectural practice based in St Albans, focusing on residential projects. The role is a working from home role, although we look to meet up regularly to liaise on projects.
The role will include the following:
• carrying out measured surveys
• preparation of design/planning drawings
• preparation of construction packages
• 3D modelling
• Site experience and job running experience required.

The successful applicant should:
• be proficient with AutoCAD and have the ability to communicate with hand-drawing.
• have 3D modelling capability (SketchUp and Lumion).
• have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• be self-motivated, pro-active and show a team player mentality.
• have a minimum of 5 years practical experience.
