Job Description
LB Design Recruitment are working with an independent surveyors to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist . They have extensive knowledge across a variety of sectors, such as residential, commercial, industrial, retail, education and conservation.
This small, private consultancy are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work alongside their Building Surveying Team on projects ranging from refurbishments, conversions and new builds, predominantly in the residential sector.
 Skills and experience required:
- 2 years post qualification experience, ideally in the residential sector.
- Strong technical skills.
- Experience in producing detailed technical drawings, including the ability to provide 3D modelling and visualisations.
- Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, experience in Archicad would be an advantage.
This is a fulltime, office based role in a relatively small company so you’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team. There will be plenty of support and training provided.
