Technical Architect & Architectural Technician/Technologist – Prime residential
£200 – £250 per day
London and Hybrid  

Sketch Recruitment are representing a valued client in their pursuit of two new team members to join their freelance team.

Their focus lies at the pinnacle of the market, specialising in prime domestic residential projects across London, with several active projects presently underway.

While the roles encompass diverse responsibilities, it is of utmost importance that candidates possess robust expertise at stage 4 and a track record in the Luxury/High-End residential sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, is also a requisite.

For this position, it is essential that candidates have the necessary hardware and software to accommodate a remote working arrangement, with one day per week spent at the office. A wealth of prior experience within the sector is equally indispensable.
