Job Description

We are a RIBA-chartered practice who take pride in delivering an incredibly diverse range of projects, including those for the local council, conservation projects, residential and multi-million pound commercial developments. We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to innovative design and pursue coveted awards, whilst supporting our reputation as the best architects in Mid Wales.

 

We are based on the Powys/Shropshire borders where the pace of life is relaxed, but the ambitions of our clients are incredibly high, with fast-paced ideas and sustainability at the forefront. Located within easy access to all major routes across the border; both rural and urban destinations are only a stone’s throw away.

 

We currently have a position available for a motivated and experienced Architect to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Architect who is:

 

  • Ideally with over 3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Revit, but training also provided.
  • Confident in working and communicating with clients, local authorities and contractors.
  • Strong written and verbal skills essential.
  • Used to working to Welsh or English Building Regulations

 

The role will include:

 

  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparation of design/planning drawings.
  • Preparation of construction packages.
  • 3D modelling.
  • On-Site works.
  • Project management.
