Job Description

We are a RIBA-chartered practice who take pride in delivering an incredibly diverse range of projects, including those for the local council, conservation projects, residential and multi-million pound commercial developments. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team. If you want to work in a dynamic, innovative and energetic practice we would love to hear from you.

Please be advised, this is not a position for a Part 1 looking to undertake their Part 2 training.

We are looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is:

  • Ideally with over 3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Confident in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Clear and confident in working and communicating with clients, local authorities and contractors.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Used to working to UK Building Regulations

The role will include:

  • Carrying out measured surveys.
  • Preparation of design/planning drawings.
  • Preparation of construction packages.
  • 3D modelling.
  • Site experience.
  • Project management.
