Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician with at least 5 years’ experience, to join a well-established Architectural Practice located on the outskirts of Birmingham.
We are looking for a confident and proficient user of Revit with experience in different project sectors. These include student accommodation and high rise residential, education, ministry of defence, ministry of justice, commercial, blue light and residential.
Due to an influx in workload they need a Senior Architectural Technician who shows confidence, initiative and who can run and manage projects, efficiently according to the standards required.
Our Birmingham based client works closely with the CIAT board and give the support and guidance in achieving chartership. They pride themselves on their low staff turnover, ensuring staff members are well looked after, given future opportunities and therefore the opportunity to progress.
