Job Description

LB Design Recruitment are working with an architectural practice located near Poole in Dorset to recruit for an Architectural Technologist position. The practice we are recruiting for work on a wide variety of projects that range from small to large residential schemes for local clients, regional and national housebuilders. Schemes range from individual houses to larger housing estates and high-rise apartment schemes of £100m+.

The qualifications and skills required for our Architectural Technologist job include:

  • CIAT registered.
  • 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Proficient in the use of BIM, preferably ArchiCAD.
  • Able to competently produce working drawing packages to current UK building regulations for residential properties.
