Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established Architectural Practice which is based around the Oxford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to develop their career within a talented team.

 

The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will be working on a number of projects within the Residential sector. Projects will include a variety of Flats, Houses and Large Housing Schemes so it would be highly advantageous for the Part II Architectural Assistant to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar position however the client would also consider a Graduate Part II Architectural Assistant. It is essential that the successful Part II Architectural Assistant to have a good understanding of Revit as they will be using this daily throughout all projects. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to build their career within a Multi-Disciplinary Practice.

 

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview

  • Delivering projects to the deadline
  • Working on a range of Residential developments
  • Producing Planning Applications
  • Producing Design Developments
  • Maintaining client contacts
  • Delivering Technical Packages throughout the projects
  • Working within Revit Daily
  • Working within a variety of projects within the Residential sector

 

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Requirements

  • Living in or around the Oxford area
  • Relevant Degree Qualified
  • Excellent Revit Knowledge
  • Full UK Driving License & Own Vehicle
  • Brilliant Technical knowledge
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

 

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Remuneration

  • Salary; £24k – £34k (DOE)
  • Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown
  • Pension
  • Other benefits discussed at interview stage
